Tentative Regional Schedule of Events 
 
 Applications and fees for each entry must be received on set deadline date.
No late entries will be accepted without a penalty fee of $12.50   
 
 First & second place individual winners and first and second place group winners
complete applications for Regional Social Studies Fair and submit with entry fee to
the Region V Director.  

  Make school checks payable to the Region V Social Studies Fair when completing the paperwork for regional  entries. 
 
8:00-9:30 AM           Registration, project set-up & paper check at Burton Complex
9:30-10:45 AM         All students and parents must go outside the Coliseum. Concession entry only.                                                      Please remain quiet in the building and walk. No running!
11:00AM-12:00PM   Student presentation of project – Do not leave until you are dismissed!
12:00-1:00PM          Judges tally scores
1:15PM                    Tag Winners 
1:30-2:00PM            Removal of Projects – All projects must be removed prior to the Award’s Ceremony
2:30PM                    Awards Ceremony
3:00 P.M.                 Winners will fill out entry forms for State Social Studies Fair and pay $25 with check or cash.
